2. Management fee

2.1 GGSWP takes from each player a non-refundable management fee, represented as "Platform Fee", for every Wager challenge or tournament, in addition to the set entry fee. However, this fee will be refunded for any challenge or tournament that is cancelled by GGSWP or by mutual agreement of both players.

3. Wager Challenges and Tournaments

3.1 Both players must check in for their scheduled bracket challenges. Ten minutes before the scheduled start time, a tournament challenge will appear under each user’s 'Matches' tab which gives the option to Concede (“I forfeit”) or Check in (“I am here and ready to play”).

3.2 If a player has not checked in to their challenge or contacted their opponent within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the challenge will be validated in their opponent’s favor. This is referred to as a no-show loss.

3.3 Any player having an issue contacting their opponent or checking in to their challenge, must contact the GGSWP Community Team within the allotted 15 minute time period or they will forfeit the challenge.

3.4 In a bracket tournament, if neither player checks in for their scheduled challenge, then both players will forfeit the challenge.

3.5 Tiebreakers used for leaderboards are as follows: a) which player has played more overall challenges during the set time period; b) which player was most recently online.

3.6 If a bracket has two or more entrants, rather than cancel it, the tournament will be allowed to play out in full at the scheduled start time and the payout will be scaled accordingly.

3.7 It is our expectation that players will have checked start times carefully before entering any tournament.

4. Payouts

4.1 All Wager challenges funds are deposited into a player's GGSWP account immediately after results have been verified for both players.

4.2 Tournaments, including brackets, leaderboards, etc., are paid out within 24-96 hours (1-4 business days) of their completion time, after all results have been verified by the Community Engagement Specialist.

4.3 All results and final placements for tournaments are verified by the Community Engagement Specialist before prize payouts are completed.

4.4 If a player has been found to have broken any rules during the tournament, that player will forfeit their prize and will be ban from GGSWP.

5. Reporting Results and Disputes

5.1 All players must maintain a record (video and/or comprehensive image evidence) of every challenge that they have played, regardless of whether they won or lost, and must be prepared to submit this to the GGSWP Community Team upon request.

5.2 If the results of a challenge are not reported by either player, it will be considered to have not been played and will be cancelled. A player's win/loss ratio will not be impacted and the entry fee will be returned to the player. Once a challenge has been cancelled the result is final and cannot be undone.

5.3 After one player has reported the results of a challenge, their opponent must verify or dispute those results within the allotted submission time. After this time period has passed, if the results are not verified or disputed, it will be generally accepted that the reported results are valid and the reporting player's claim will be verified. These results are final and will not be undone.

5.4 Regarding challenge disputes, any and all challenge evidence must be sent to the Community Team within the allotted submission time. A Community Support Specialist will examine the challenge evidence and will assign the win to the appropriate player. Any dispute that is filed without evidence will be considered invalid. If only one player submits evidence during this time frame proving a win, that player will be deemed the winner of the challenge, while the opposing player will receive a loss. If no evidence has been reported by either player within the allotted submission time, the challenge will be cancelled or marked as incomplete and entry fees will be returned to both players' accounts. Once a challenge has been cancelled and marked incomplete, the results are irreversible and cannot be adjusted. The Community Team has the sole discretion to ask players to provide additional evidence in order to determine the accurate winner.

6. Proper Conduct

6.1 Any abusive, obscene, lewd, threatening, or insulting behaviour by a player towards any WorldGaming staff member, or towards other players on the GGSWP site, will result in their immediate suspension for an indefinite period of time as determined by the Community Team. Sending multiple tickets associated with the same issue will result in disciplinary action.

6.2 Any players who are caught cheating/boosting their statistics in any challenge or tournament on GGSWP will be immediately disqualified with no entry fee reimbursement and will be banned. When claiming that a player has boosted their statistics in any way, video evidence is required in order for the claim to be validated.

6.3 Players who are caught intentionally lagging/IP booting challenges will face an automatic loss and ban in accordance to GGSWP Rules. When disputing a lagging challenge, video evidence of the lag is required in order for the dispute to be validated. The player reporting an early exit by their opponent must be able to provide video evidence that clearly identifies the exit of the challenge. When playing a challenge with a poor connectivity level, players must be sure to quit before either of them gains a significant advantage in the challenge. When a player disconnects from a challenge while their opponent has a significant advantage, the player who disconnected will receive an automatic loss. If agreed upon by both players, a rematch can be played. If the challenge is played and completed in its entirety, the results of the challenge will stand. The Community Team has the sole discretion to adjust end challenge results at any time.

6.4 If a player is found to be using a secondary account to circumvent a ban, that player will forfeit all outstanding challenges and will face an additional suspension in accordance with the GGSWP Rules.

6.5 If a player is found to be impersonating any GGSWP staff member, that player will forfeit all outstanding challenges and will face an additional suspension in accordance with the GGSWP rules.
